- 88% acrylic, 8% polyamide, 4% elastane
- machine wash at 30°, delicate cycle, do not iron.

why pre-orders? to avoid overproduction and adjust our quantities as accurately as possible.
what are the delivery times for pre-order parts? the deadlines are systematically indicated on the pre-order product sheet. in general, a pre-order piece takes 2 to 3 months to arrive at your home from the launch of the pre-order. always refer to the date indicated on the pre-ordered product sheet.
how can I follow the progress of the production of my pre-order? we regularly send updates by email to inform you of the progress of your pre-order. be careful to check that you are subscribed to the newsletter and that our emails do not fall into your spam!
can I order in-stock parts and pre-order parts at the same time? you can totally order in-stock and pre-order parts in the same order. however, you will receive your order once the pre-order part becomes available. if you wish to receive the part in stock quickly, we advise you to make two orders.
what are the delivery times for a part in stock? delivery times are 2 to 4 working days for products in stock.
what is express delivery? express delivery allows you to be delivered within 48 hours, provided that the products ordered are in stock. please note that express delivery is obviously not available for pre-orders.
returns, exchanges and payments
returns
you have 15 days from receipt of your order to return your products free of charge (in metropolitan france, monaco and andorra).
outside metropolitan france, monaco and andorra, the return costs are your responsibility.
we will proceed with the refund no later than 14 days after receipt of your package via the payment method used when placing your order. you will receive an email when your refund has been processed.
To make a return, simply go to http://retour.salut-beaute.com/fr and indicate your order number and your e-mail address. Don't forget to print your return form and slip it into your package!

payments
what is alma? alma is our payment partner in installments free of charge. it is also possible to pay deferred for 15 days. the alma platform is 100% secure. during payment, your due dates will be displayed as well as their amounts, in complete transparency. at each deadline, you will receive an email to notify you.
can I pay in installments and still get reimbursed? Of course ! if you ever make a return after paying with alma, you will be reimbursed for the past installments and the following installments will be cancelled.
