returns, exchanges and refunds

you have 14* days from receipt of your order to return your products to metropolitan france and the european union .

return costs are €1.95 in metropolitan france and €12.90 in the european union.
exchanges for other items or a voucher are offered in metropolitan france.
outside the european union, the return costs are your responsibility.
the items you wish to return or exchange must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels and in perfect condition for resale (unworn, unwashed, undamaged or soiled).

metropolitan france & european union - procedure to follow:

1. submit your return or exchange request via our return platform, right here.
2. enter the email with which you made your order as well as your order number.
3. an email with the carrier's slip to stick on your package as well as a return slip will be sent to you. you will have to print the return form and include it in your package: it will be used to identify your return so it is essential to slip it into your package . then put it in the post office .
4. you can follow the progress of your return directly on our platform . you will also receive an email when your return request is taken care of and then processed.

nb: for a second return concerning the same order, the return costs will be at your expense.

 


outside the european union - procedure to follow:

3. once your request has been made, you will receive an email with a return form to print and put in your package. it will be used to identify your return so it is essential to slip it into your package.
4. the delivery costs being your responsibility, you have to choose the carrier of your choice.
5. you will receive an email when your return request is taken care of and then processed.
refunds
we will refund no later than 14 days after receipt of your package via the payment method used when placing your order, if the return has been made in accordance with the rules set out above. emails will be sent to you to follow the processing of your return request as well as to confirm the refund.
