we are very happy to now offer you the "try before you buy" service with Elyn, for a unique and privileged shopping experience. this service allows you to order your items, try them on for free at home and only pay for those you decide to keep! (only for france).
how does it work?
1 - add the items to your cart
you can select up to 750€ worth of items to try on by simply adding them to your cart, like a normal order.
2 - select the payment method "Elyn"
at checkout, select Elyn to finalize your order. your bank details will be requested but you will not be debited.
3 - try your items on
you have 5 days after receiving your items to try them on at home and select the ones you want to keep.
4 - return or keep one or more items
you have 5 days to make up your mind. if you wish to return one or more items, we will provide you with a return slip. you will then only be charged for the amount of the items you decided to keep (if you don't want to keep any item, you won't be charged at all).
many of you asked us if it was possible to try on our pieces. we are therefore very happy to offer you this service. however, please use it wisely and responsibly.
